SHIPPING & HANDLING

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.

- A Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number will be issued.

When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed.  If using a prepaid gift card such as a Visa or Mastercard, please retain to ensure proper credit.

Shipping, freight service charges, hazardous charges, oversize fees and drop ship fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Return product within 10 days of receiving your RMA with RMA number on outside of returning package.  Product returned without  the RMA number on outside of package, or past the 10 days deadline will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

 

HANDLING TIME

We strive to get all orders received before 1PM (PST) shipped out the same day.  We ship from our warehouses in CA and depending on our inventory.  Orders not shipped same day will be shipped the following (business) day.  We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays.  We ship weekdays, Monday-Friday.  We do not ship on Saturday or on any USPS holiday. Orders received after 1PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday.

SHIPPING

All orders shipping to a destination outside of the USA are subject to the import duties, fees and taxes of the destination country.

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's Customs Department or Agency for inspection.

We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country.  We do not benefit in anyway from these charges and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.

Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees and taxes.
